How much does car rental cost in Agadir?
Prices vary with the season, duration, model and booking date. Online comparison sites sometimes show very low rates, but they do not always include delivery fees, extra insurance or deposit conditions.
At LOCAGA CARS, starting rates range from 250 to 300 MAD per day depending on the model, as shown in the table on this page. These are starting rates: the total price for your dates is sent to you before you commit.
What to compare to pay the right price
To compare two offers, look at the total price for your dates, included mileage, insurance and its excess, the deposit amount and how it is paid, the fuel policy and any handover or out-of-hours fees.
A deposit is not a cost: it is an amount held or paid and then returned according to the terms. Always ask for this information in writing; at LOCAGA CARS you receive it on WhatsApp before confirming.
Our tips to rent for less
Book as soon as your dates are set, especially in high season and during school holidays. Ask for the rate for the exact length of your stay: depending on the period, a longer rental can work out cheaper per day.
Choose a model that really fits your needs: there is no point paying for a bigger car if you are two people with little luggage. And collect the car where it is easiest for you, to avoid extra taxi rides.
Cheap, without sacrificing comfort
A small budget does not mean an old car: the models shown are 2026 Dacia and Renault cars, manual or automatic. You know in advance which model you are renting, with its specifications and starting rate.
The automatic Dacia Logan combines the lowest starting rate in the fleet with the comfort of an automatic gearbox; the manual diesel Renault Clio 5 is a good choice if you plan to drive many kilometres along the coast.
Avoid bad surprises
At handover, walk around the car with the agency and photograph any existing marks. Note the fuel level and the handover time.
On return, respect the agreed time and fuel policy. These details are often what turns a cheap rental into an expensive one.
